- Perform a hard reset! (This will most likely not solve the problem but it is better to give it a try)
Hold the home button and wake button at the same time. Since the logo is already on continue to hold until it disappears and phone restarts.
Note:
This will not erase anything on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It just cuts the power to restart!!!!!!!!
If problem is not solved then continue to next solution!!!!!!!!!!!
